Cancellation Policy

At Trails & Dust, we understand that travel plans can change. We offer free cancellation on eligible motorcycle rental bookings, subject to the conditions below.

Motorcycle Rentals

Free cancellation is available before any non-refundable services or documents have been arranged for your booking.

Any third-party or administrative costs already paid or processed on your behalf, including border documentation, Power of Attorney (POA), permits or similar services, are non-refundable.

Tours and Group Bookings

Different cancellation conditions may apply to guided tours, group bookings and special events. The applicable cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Refunds

When a booking qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and according to the conditions of the reservation.

If your plans change, please contact Trails & Dust as early as possible. Our team will help you review the available options for your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

However, you may cancel your tour or rental booking without penalty if done 30 days or more prior to the scheduled pick-up or tour date.

Additional Cancellation Terms:

  • If canceled more than 30 days before the rental start date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed via bank or wire transfer.

Please Note: Credits are non-transferable.

Seasonal Cancellation Policy

For rentals or tours scheduled between October and March:

  • More than 90 days prior to the start date: Full refund.
  • 60–89 days prior: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • 0–59 days prior: No refund.

For rentals or tours scheduled between April and September:

  • Standard cancellation terms apply (see above).
